The timeless duo has been seen in as many shapes and sizes as there are conch dishes and Kalik variations, and now, Chef Devin Johnson is putting a twist on that relationship.
Conch N' Kalik is Chef Johnson's restaurant and sports bar. Based in Pompey Square, it is one of the newer additions to Downtown Nassau, and has been heating up the scene where culinary creations are concerned. While you'll find classics like cracked and grilled conch, most of the dishes have been inspired by Chef Johnson, and feature items like conch chili fries and Kalik beer cheese - an infusion that adds something extra to a burger and fries.
The restaurant's success has led Chef Johnson to plan future expansions on other islands and in South Florida.
