Angel's Rest

Angel's Rest is a massage service in Nassau, Bahamas, located within Z Lounge on Chippingham Road, off West Bay Street and at the corner opposite the Fish Fry. The setting places the treatment experience close to one of Nassau's familiar visitor areas while providing an indoor space focused on rest and relaxation.

The service centres on Swedish and deep-tissue massage. Swedish treatments offer a gentler full-body approach, while deep-tissue sessions are designed for firmer, more focused pressure. Treatment lengths include shorter back-focused appointments and longer full-body sessions, giving guests options for a brief pause or a more extended reset. Hot stones are available as an additional treatment.

Angel's Rest also provides mobile massage appointments, bringing the service to another location, along with in-studio options for couples and groups. A fruit and wine setup is offered as an add-on, adding a small celebratory or relaxing touch to selected bookings. The combination of treatment styles and appointment formats makes the service suitable for visitors looking to ease everyday tension, people seeking a dedicated relaxation session, and couples or small groups arranging time together.

The atmosphere is designed to support quiet unwinding, with calming sounds and low mood lighting contributing to a tranquil studio environment. The massage experience is intended to be tailored to individual preferences, including the level of pressure and the focus of the session. The overall character is calm and restorative rather than social or dining-oriented.

Angel's Rest suits visitors staying around Nassau who want a massage close to the Fish Fry, as well as residents looking for Swedish, deep-tissue, mobile, couple or group services. Parking is available, and the location is near public transport. Bath towels are provided for in-studio appointments, helping keep the visit straightforward from arrival through treatment.
